Manage the office petty cash, reconcile and replenish regularly.
Liaise and negotiates with office vendors and service providers
Addressing employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery and consumables)
Tracking the utilization of office consumables, and order consumables when needed
Systematically filing important company documents.
Attend to all correspondence, such as letters and packages, and deliver such to the concerned staff members.
Ensure the office is clean at all times by supervising the cleaning personnel.
Diploma or OND qualification
1-2 years administrative work experience
Ability to multitask
Good organization skill
Excellent communication skill
Good knowledge of Microsoft suite
