Job Description

Responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the business through marketing, sales, product development and customer service activities to drive business growth and market share.
Ability to take ownership of the customer and the customer interface making sure that all functions of the organization are aligned to meet its strategic commercial objectives.
Experience in designing and implementing marketing and sales strategies
Experience and track record of B2B sales
Understands business development and sales operations
Must have worked or currently working in the Bank or Public Sectors experience
Ability to establish global network in target markets


B.Sc. in any related discipline
10 – 15 years with at least 5 years in a senior management role
Public sector experience or from the Banking industry
A history of growing sales, margin and market share
Strong commercial background in B2B ingredients into our Client’s target markets being the Banks
A team player able to work well with the technical team to priorities projects and accelerate time to market for new products
A strong commercial background involving marketing, direct sales, sales and channel management, contract negotiation (experience from the Bank or Public sector), development of pricing strategies, key account management
