Bready has a regular loyal customer base with its broad variety of bread products. The company is building a strong market position in the town, due to the vast industry experience of its Owners and Managers and mild competitive climate in the area.

Responsibilities

Performs in store and online customer service and sales rep duties
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about our products and services
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customerТs complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Keep records, and reconciling of all Sales and Customer updates
Provide innovative ideas about how Company should manage Customers
Uphold records of company policies and procedures

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: SSCE or OND
Experience: 1-2 years
We would prefer a Female Person for this Position
Experience in customer support
Must be Computer Literate and have Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with a wide range of People
Time management and planning skills
