Responsibilities
Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
Content creation and implementation to ensure online objectives are met.
Digital channels engagement to generate sales and build brand awareness.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Supervising the Customer Service team to ensure optimal service delivery to customers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing
Knowledge of website analytics tool
Knowledge of video and picture editing software
Knowledge of advertising serving tools
Understanding of all social media platforms
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Experience in setting up and optimizing digital display Ads campaigns
