Video Lesson Presenter Job Description
Gradely.NG, a fast-growing tech company seeks to hire a video lesson presenter who will work closely with its Growth and Product teams to write lesson scripts and present the scripts as its video product to its mass audience of learners.

The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with the following characteristics:

At least 1-3 years of teaching experience, and a strong understanding of the Nigerian scheme of work, and content creation.
Ability to use proven pedagogical skills in scriptwriting to drive understanding and translate complex subject matter for learners.
Holds a degree, from a recognised university, college of education or polytechnic in a relevant subject, (teaching degrees given top priority)
Proficient in speaking the English language with a clear voice and accent, and the ability to present the material calmly and professionally.
Familiarity with video production techniques, instructional design creation, and the ability to follow detailed instructions from the production team in order to keep everything to plan whilst recording will
be a plus.

Selected candidates should be able to:

Prepare and present detailed video scripts to the learning and product team.
Support curriculum research and development including but not limited to ideas and lesson scripts structure discussions with the product/learning team.
Participate in practice and rehearsal of upcoming video lessons.
Collaborate with other video lesson presenters to review scripts to ensure quality is
Present video scripts during video production sessions.
Stick to deadlines and follow instructions.
